What kind of payment method do you accept?

Soccer Insider Tips accept online payments using PayPal, Moneybookers, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Western Union, Bank Transfer etc. For other form of payment options, kindly contact our friendly customer service officer, click here.

Do you send out tips via Email or SMS?

Soccer Insider Tips send out all tips both by email and SMS text, direct from Hong Kong +852-91621715.

What time do you send out tips on match day?

All tips by Soccer Insider Tips will be released to members by about 6pm on match days, local Hong Kong time GMT+8.

How many credits deduct for a single match day?

Soccer Insider Tips will deduct 1 credit for a single match day, covers all tips/matches for that match day. If no overall profits, we will replace with all tips from the next match for free.

How many tips do you send out per match day?

Soccer Insider Tips will only send a maximum of 3 tips/matches for each match, to ensure all tips are of the highest quality.

Which handicap and odds are your tips based on?

All our tips are based only on the popular Asian handicap odds. All handicap and odds obtained directly from Hong Kong Jockey Club, Hong Kong's most established and largest Asian Handicaps bookmaker company.

Can I request for free trial tips?

To be fair to all our paying members, we apologise that we are not able to offer any free trial tips.
